As we wind up the commemoration of Holy Week, it is just fitting to look at our spiritual father, the Venerable Al. His words are focussed to Jesus and Jesus alone. So, as we read his homily, it is my sincere prayer that his words may touch you and let you embrace forever the living Jesus in your heart. In doing this, we are fulfilling our Lord's mission of saving our precious soul.
One of the parts of the Easter Mass is the renewal of our Baptismal Vows. This brings us back to our baptism, a very special day for us, we're sure that our parents had prepared us well for such day --- with our white robe ( a symbol of purity) the Church welcomed us, God embraced us as His child, and we were marked heirs of His heavenly kingdom, what a precious gift. This gift which we could redeem only after this earthly life and we can enter heaven only with our white robe on. However, as we walk in this life, our white robe becomes dirty with our sins; through the Sacraments and His blood, Jesus washed this blackened robe into dazzlingly white. And we keep our robe white and clean with the pure love that we have for one another.
A Blessed celebration of this Holy Week and an Advance Happy Easter to all. May the Risen Lord always keep our path bright and lead us on His way.
As we look onward to our Lord's glorious resurrection, we are going to profess the vows which we have made during our baptism. Our parents were surely prepared such special celebration for us - since that is the day when we are born to be true children of God --- inheritors of Heaven --- what a glorious PAMANA --- may we be worthy of being One with Him in the Eucharist
